He agreed. <br />Approve Agenda <br />Chair Grefenberg requested that the agenda as distributed be amended to allow Committee <br />Assignments be discussed under Old Business as Item 6B. <br />Commissioner David Singleton moved and Commissioner Becker seconded a motion to approve <br />the agenda as amended. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Swearing in of Commissioner Michele Courneya <br />Chair Grefenberg administered the Oath of Office to Commissioner Michele Courneya. <br />Approve Minutes <br />Commissioner Singleton moved and Commissioner Ka in Thao seconded a motion to approve <br />minutes of July 17, 2013 as amended.
