29 FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />3o No financial costs to the City are associated with extending the date on the lease addendum. <br />31 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />32 Staff has been in regular communication with the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota and <br />33 recommends that item 3 of the lease addendum "Financial Responsibility for Parking Lot and Driveway <br />34 Improvements" be extended until December 31, 2018. <br />35 REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />36 Motion authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign the attached lease extension agreement with the <br />37 Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota extending item 3 of the Ground Lease, Development and Use <br />38 Agreement Addendum from December 31,2013 to December 31, 2018, with final City Attorney approval. <br />39 <br />Prepared by: Lonnie Brokke, Director of Parks and Recreation <br />Attachments: A: Addendum to ground lease dated December 9th, 2003 <br />B.
