Consider Extension of Memorandum of Understanding with RHRA <br /> At request of Mayor Roe, Interim City Manager Trudgeon briefly summarized <br /> this extension of the Memorandum of Understanding with the HRA, as detailed in <br /> the RCA dated November 18, 2013. <br /> While understanding the timing request for this action, Councilmember Laliberte <br /> wanted to point out and clarify that, at this point, no developers had included the <br /> appraised value of land to match that outlined in the MOU; reminding the HRA <br /> that this was something they would have to factor in, since the provision is for a <br /> Quit Claim Deed for a purchase price equal to the land. To-date, Councilmember <br /> Laliberte noted that no development appraisal had even come close to that. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, authorizing an extension of the Memorandum of <br /> Understanding (MOU) with the Roseville Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br /> (RHRA) for the redevelopment of the Dale Street Fire Station; entitled, "First <br /> Amendment to MOU between the City of Roseville, MN and HRA in and for the <br /> City of Roseville (Attachment B). <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. <br /> N N <br /> Councilmemays: one.ber Willmus recused himself and left the Council Chambers at this <br /> time, approximately 7:10 p.m. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that this property was owned by a member of Councilmember <br /> Willmus' immediate family; and therefore, he chose to recuse himself at this time. <br /> g.
