Since it occurred right at the <br /> he was not sure who would be considered eand taken g party;it back to theirlwarehouset <br /> liquor wholesalers had picked up the p roduct <br /> Mr. Jacobson further clarified that, since the Network Liquors lease was up with turned over with any liquor invent ry still <br /> its landlord, the property could not b <br /> on the premises. <br /> Councilmember McGehee questioned if the applicant had received written per- <br /> mission from the Commissioner to transport that liquor. <br /> Mr. Trone advised that a response was beyond his legal knowledge of the process. <br /> In conclusion, Mr. Trone noted that theirs was also a family-owned business, <br /> started with one small store over thirty years ago; and had been fortunate with its <br /> successful growth to-date. <br /> ir- <br /> Mr. Burwell sought to make additional l involved however, <br /> processy decRdeclined toare- <br /> ness to the process and respectful o f al <br /> open the Public Hearing. <br /> Recess roximatel 9:22 p.m. and reconvened at approximately <br /> Mayor Roe recessed the meeting at app Y <br /> 9:24 p.m. <br /> Councilmember McGehee moved to DENY approval of the 2014 Off-Sale liquor <br /> license renewal for Minnesota Fine Wines & Spirits, LLC. <br /> Mayor Roe declared the motion failed for lack of a second. <br /> Willmus moved, Laliberte seconded, APPROVAL of the renewal of the 2014 <br /> Off-Sale Liquor License for Minnesota Fine Wines & Spirits,LLC. <br />
