<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of October 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn, and the <br />following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9834 <br /> <br />A Resolution Reaffirming a Minor Subdivision of Property <br />Located at 500 and 492 Lovell Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Westby received approval of a lot division form the Roseville City <br />Council on May 23, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal documents were never properly recorded within the allotted six month <br />time frame, thus making the Council action null and void; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Westby has requested the Roseville City Council reaffirm their 1994 <br />approval in the form of Minor Subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Westby has requested the division of his parcel located at 480 Lovell <br />Avenue for the purpose of creating two single family residential lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Westby proposed Minor Subdivision includes a portion of vacated <br />Cohansey Street roadway easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements (width, <br />depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 500 Lovell Avenue will be legally described as: <br /> <br />The West 100.0 feet of the North 175 feet of the west half of the Southwest quarter of the <br />Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 23 <br />West, subject to Lovell Avenue as per Document Number 1579619; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
