EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of October 2000, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn, and the following members were absent: None Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9834 A Resolution Reaffirming a Minor Subdivision of Property Located at 500 and 492 Lovell Avenue WHEREAS, James Westby received approval of a lot division form the Roseville City Council on May 23, 1994; and WHEREAS, the legal documents were never properly recorded within the allotted six month time frame, thus making the Council action null and void; and WHEREAS, Mr. Westby has requested the Roseville City Council reaffirm their 1994 approval in the form of Minor Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Mr. Westby has requested the division of his parcel located at 480 Lovell Avenue for the purpose of creating two single family residential lots; and WHEREAS, Mr. Westby proposed Minor Subdivision includes a portion of vacated Cohansey Street roadway easement; and WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements (width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, 500 Lovell Avenue will be legally described as: The West 100.0 feet of the North 175 feet of the west half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, subject to Lovell Avenue as per Document Number 1579619; and 1
