76 analysis of traffic and the State requires the study, analysis, and mitigation of site specific <br />77 contamination, the Community Development Department recommends that the City Council <br />78 exempt /waive this redevelopment proposal from conducting an EAW. <br />79 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />80 Staff believes that the proposed world headquarters development on the Dorso property is very <br />81 desirable and consistent with the vision of Twin Lakes. Staff would recommend that the City <br />82 support the future use of TIF to assist this redevelopment project and to waive the required <br />83 EAW. <br />84 REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />85 No final decisions are expected at this time in regards to any financial assistance for the <br />86 redevelopment.
