<br />201.01: ESTABLISHMENT AND MEMBERSIP:
<br />There is established a Planning Commission of the Citv which shall consist of seven members
<br />appointed bv the Citv Council. Members shall be residents of the Citv and a�pointed for three
<br />vear sta��ered terms. No member shall serve more than two full consecutive terms. ��

<br />City planning agency and shall have the powers and duties given such agencies generally by
<br />Minnesota Statutes, sections 462351 through 462364, as amended, and as conferred upon it by
