Such Plan mav be prepared in sections, each of which shall relate to a maj or subj ect of the �lan, as outlined in the Commission's �ro _ ra�m of work. . � � B. The Plannin� Commission mav, upon its own motion or upon instruction bv the City Council,�re�are revisions to the Zoning Code and/or Plan for the Citv. Before recommending such Code and/or Plan to the Citv Council, the Planning Commission shall hold at least one �ublic hearing as �rovided for in Cha�ter 108 of this Code. The same procedure shall a�lv for the preparation of anv overall street plan or acquisition of lands for public purposes. C. U�on the ado�tion of the Citv Plan or anv section thereof, it shall be the dutv of the Plannin� Commission to recommend to the Citv Council reasonable and practicable means for �utting into effect such Plan or section thereof in order that the same will serve as a pattern and �uide for the orderl�phvsical development of the Citv. Such means shall consist of a zonin�plan, the control of subdivision �lats, a�lan for future street locations, etc D. The Planning Commission mav, at anv time, recommend to the Citv Council, the ado�tion of the Citv Comprehensive Plan, any section of it or anv substantial amendment thereof. Before makin� such recommendation to the City Council, the Plannin� Commission shall hold at least one public hearin�, as provided for in Chapter 108 of this Code.
