Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,January 27,2014 <br /> Page 38 <br /> The consensus was to eliminate the potential for HDR residential (24 units plus); <br /> to eliminate warehousing/distribution; but to retain production/processing and <br /> light manufacturing. <br /> Councilmember Willmus suggested, when this returned, that a Special Council <br /> Meeting be scheduled with the sole purpose of this discussion; with City Manager <br /> Trudgeon expressing his full support of that idea. <br /> 15. City Manager Future Agenda Review <br /> City Manager Trudgeon reviewed upcoming agenda items. <br /> 16. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br /> Recess to Closed Executive Session <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded recessing to Closed Executive Session at approximately 9:51 <br /> p.m. or the purpose of discussing pending litigation regarding appellant review of a liquor license <br /> transfer and renewal. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 17. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> 1. Discuss Pending Litigation Regarding Appellant Review of Liquor Li- <br /> cense Transfer and Renewal <br /> In addition to Councilmembers and the Mayor, City Manager Trudgeon and City Attorney <br /> Gaughan were present for the closed session. <br /> Etten moved, Roe seconded, adjourning the closed session and returning to open session. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br />
