WHEREAS, the City of Roseville wishes to provide financial assistance to allow for the <br /> redevelopment of 2814 Cleveland Ave. to occur. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Roseville, based on <br /> the facts as presently known and subject to financial consultant and legal counsel review, <br /> hereby indicates their willingness to pursue, through the lawful process, any reasonable <br /> assistance to the above-described redevelopment of the subject property, specifically <br /> including the following: <br /> 1) One million dollars of assistance from the Twin Lakes Hazardous and Substance <br /> Subdistrict (HSS) TIF #17A for eligible environmental costs under Chapter 469 <br /> of the Minnesota Statutes. <br /> 2) Three million dollars present value of assistance from the Twin Lakes TIF District <br /> #17 for a period of up to 15 years for eligible TIF costs as defined under Chapter <br /> 469 of the Minnesota Statutes. The assistance will be paid out over a period of 15 <br /> years providing the tenant continues to occupy the property. <br /> 3) Financial assistance to pay for Metropolitan Council Sewer Access Charges <br /> (SAC) for the office and warehouse space of the proposed facility. This amount <br /> is currently estimated to be 46 SAC units. <br /> 4) As necessary, apply for Federal, State, Metropolitan Council, and County grant <br /> and loan programs to assist the project. <br /> 5) Provide for timely review of all plans for the redevelopment. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Etten, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
