Incident Report 13033292 - MN06208U0 <br />kage z ot z <br />Based on the fact this woman had been wamed by theater management, theater management now <br />instructing police to remove the woman and the waman refusing multiple iaw enforcement requests to <br />leave, T opted to physically escort her from the building because of the scene she was creating in a <br />common area filled with well over 150 plus theater guest. It should be noted, many of these guests in <br />the common area were either exiting theater nine (Madea Christmas) or about to enter theater eigh� <br />(The Hobbit). <br />I escorted this woman fram the building by grabbing her right wrist with my right hand and her right <br />elbaw/upper arm with my laft hand and escorted her from the building to the bo�atrium area of the <br />theater. Once outside of �he theater and in the atrium, I released my escort hold and told the woman to <br />leave. <br />This woman hesitated, began looking for my name plate (embraidered on my shirt) and badge and' <br />dernanded my name. � provided this woman with my business card. The woman took my card azid <br />said she would be calling the department's "internal affairs" department on Monday. I advised the <br />woman I was charged with "internal affairs". The woman then left the atrium and walked out side. <br />After the woman had e�i.ted, I later spoke with the Manager Crump. When I asked what happenec� <br />prior to his request for assistance, Crump advised the woman was asked to move because she was <br />blocking the mo�ement of cus�omers going into and out of the theaters. Apparent�y the woman <br />refused to leave and began yelling profanities at Crump. Crump advised the woman's behavior <br />violated their theater code of conduct and he asked her to leave. Cru�np said the woman refused to <br />leave and continued using profani�ies at him. yViih ihe woman refusing ta leave, Crump said he asked <br />fhat I intervene and remove the guest from the theater �ecause o£her disorderly behavior. <br />See Crump's written statement attached to the media file.
