<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of March, 2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9871 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR 2001 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (PMP) CONTRACTS A & B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City Public Works Director has <br />prepared plans and specifications for the following Improvements and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval: <br /> <br />CONTRACT A: <br />P-ST-SW-OI-I0 <br /> <br />Neighborhood 15 <br /> <br />Josephine Road, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />P-OI-04 <br /> <br />Mill & Overlay <br />Neighborhood 17 <br />Neighborhood 41 <br /> <br />Aglen Street, W oodhill Ave to County Road C2 <br />Grandview Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Rice Street <br />Matilda Street, Cul-de-sac to County Road B2 <br />Woodbridge Street, Rice Street to Grandview <br />Woodbridge Circle, Minnesota to Cul-de-sac <br /> <br />CONTRACT B: <br />P-ST -SW -01-09 <br /> <br />Neighborhood 18 <br /> <br />West Owasso Blvd., Victoria Street to City Limits <br /> <br />City of Shore view Project 01-01 <br /> <br />West Owasso Blvd., City Limits to N. Owasso Blvd. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Roseville Review, the official <br />newspaper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for 2001 Contract A & B shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis of <br />
