<br />2 <br /> <br />cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager and <br />Public Works Director as follows: <br /> <br />2001 Contract A <br /> <br />April 19, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. <br /> <br />2001 Contract B <br /> <br />April 24, 2001, at 11 :00 a.m. <br /> <br />at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and <br />subsequently be considered by the Council; and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and <br />filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable <br />to the City of Roseville for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke and <br />Maschka and the following voted against the same: Kysylyczyn. <br />
