Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe noted an addition from staff, assigned at Consent Item 7.f, to consider an ad- <br /> ditional Special Council meeting for the purpose of interviewing potential citizen adviso- <br /> ry commission candidates, proposed for Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 6:45 p.m. in the <br /> City Hall Council Chambers. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Items 7.d and f, respectively en- <br /> titled, "Award Contract for 2014 Sanitary Sewer Lining;" and "Approve Addition to <br /> Council Meeting Calendar Allowing a Special Meeting on March 13, 2014 for Commis- <br /> sion Interviews." <br /> Therefore, Mayor Roe suggested moving the proposed Consent Item 7.f as an Action <br /> Item, 13.b versus an addition to the Consent Agenda. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority(HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced upcoming vacancies in various City Council's citizen advisory <br /> commissions, with that deadline for application on March 5, 2014. Mayor Roe specifi- <br /> cally noted additional openings on both new Commissions: Community Engagement and <br /> Finance Commissions. <br /> Mayor Roe announced the opportunity for students in the ten member City consortium of <br /> the North Suburban Commissions Commission to participate in that body's scholarship <br /> program, with an application deadline of April 11, 2014.
