Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,March 10,2014 <br /> Page 3 <br /> that the City Council consider her mother's specific circumstances and find a via- <br /> ble solution. <br /> The speaker challenged each of the Councilmembers to try to relate to this quality <br /> of life issue being faced by her elderly mother; and expressed her appreciation for <br /> the opportunity to present the City Council with the specifics of this situation and <br /> request for resolution. While understanding that this issue was coming before the <br /> City Council on a future agenda, the speaker asked that it be given consideration <br /> prior to that date as the tally continued to grow with more and more Roseville res- <br /> idents affected. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority (HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced an upcoming fundraiser and flyers were distributed, for the Rose- <br /> ville Law Enforcement Explorer Post #574 on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 4:00 — <br /> 9L00 p.m. at the Roseville Chipotle at Rosedale Mall. <br /> Mayor Roe briefly reported on a recent meeting of City Managers and Mayors of five <br /> surrounding communities, and discussions including frozen water supply lines being ex- <br /> perienced in those communities, as well as an update on the TCAAP Master Plan Rede- <br /> velopment process in Arden Hills. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations and Communications <br /> 6. Approve Minutes <br /> 7. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly reviewed those <br /> items being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the following claims and payments <br /> as presented. <br /> ACH Payments $569,315.51 <br /> 73004—73050 410,623.28 <br /> Total $979,938.79 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Approve Business Licenses & Other Licenses & Permits <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, approval of business license applications for the <br /> period of one (1) year, for the following applicants: <br />
