Public Hearing to Discuss an On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor Li- <br /> cense for Digby's Roseville,LLC,located at 854 Rosedale Center#1010 <br /> Finance Director Chris Miller briefly reviewed this request and staff recommen- <br /> dations for approval, with the applicant having met the requirements of City <br /> Code; noting the revised RCA,, to include consideration and potential approval of <br /> an outside sales and consumption endorsement as detailed. <br /> Applicant representative Reid Sellgren provided brief comments for this location <br /> at the former Old California Pizza location, and plans to open the end of March. <br /> Mayor Roe sought confirmation from the applicant of their awareness and intent <br /> to participate in server training; with the applicant responding affirmatively. <br /> Mayor Roe opened and closed the Public Hearing at approximately 8:50 p.m. with <br /> no one appearing for or against. <br /> Business Action Item 13.b <br />
