MN 55401 <br /> <br />RE: Minor Recombination Subdivision for property at 2480 and 2500 Cleveland Ave. (PF31O3) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Joel: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the minor subdivision of property you proposed <br />at 2480 and 2500 Cleveland Avenue. as shown on the sketch survey submitted with your <br />application, and on the final certificate of survey submitted March 30, 1999 was approved by <br />the City Council on March 22. 1998. This was considered a "Recombination Subdivision" as <br />per section 1104.04 of the City Code. This portion of the City Code requires review and <br />approval of the minor subdivisions by the City Council. and review and approval of the <br />Certificate of Survey by the City Manager and the Community Development Director prior to <br />recording. <br /> <br />This letter is the certificate of survey approval letter of the City Manager and the <br />Community Development Director to proceed with the recording of the survey.
