<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Minutes

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of
<br />March 12, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that items D-1 & D-2, D-4 & D-5, D-7 Consent
<br />through D-12 and D-14 through D-16, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Agenda

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Juvenile Accountability Incentive JAIBG
<br />Block Grant OAIBG) in the amount of $9,929 be accepted and to authorize the Acceptance
