This is a "cash value" and <br />assumes a 6-12 month marketing period. Mar~et value also assumes that all <br />outstanding and pending special assessments, if any, along with taxes are paid in <br />full. This is a Complete Appraisal Reportl in Summary Appraisal Format. The <br />property was inspected on June 14, 2000, which is also the effective date of the <br />appraisal. <br /> <br />INTENDED USE OF THE APPRAISAL <br /> <br />It is my understanding that the lIintended use" of this appraisal is to act as a <br />guide for the City of Roseville in the p'ossible sale of the property.
