It is the understanding of your appraiser that the majority of the land <br />around the subject property, owned by Mr. George Reiling, will be developed as a <br />senior housing project. <br /> <br />HAZARDOUS WASTE DISCLAIMER <br /> <br />Unless otherwise stated in this report, the existence of hazardous materials, <br />which mayor may not be present on or in the property, were not observed by the <br />appraiser.
