The site has 70' of frontage on the east side of Lexington Avenue N and a <br />depth of 193' for a total area of 13,510 SF. The parcel is currently zoned R1 or <br />Single Family. The "Comprehensive Plan and Future land Use Map" has the subject <br />parcel guided as H-R or High Density Residential. <br /> <br />This "Complete Appraisal Assignment" in "Summary Appraisal Format" has <br />been performed in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal <br />Practice (USPAP) of tile Appraisal Foundation, and is subject to the assumptions and <br />limiting conditions as set forth in the report. <br /> <br />---------~--------- <br />- ---- --- ---------------- <br />
