<br />o/ð 3> :J- <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: 12-18-89 <br />ITEM NO.:' C.-~ <br /> <br />Depart~~oval: <br /> <br />Manager Reviewed: <br /> <br />Agenda section: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Hearings <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />Approval of a final plat for Fine Associates <br />for site at County Road C and Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />The City Council, at the December 7, 1989 meeting, approved a <br />preliminary plat and a special use permit for an amended planned <br />unit development plan and a permit for a temporary banking facility <br />for the Fine Associates site at County Road C and Snelling Avenue. <br />The Council set December 18, 1989 for the hearing on the final plat. <br /> <br />One of the conditions which the Council placed on the approval was <br />that there be a dedication of money in lieu of parkland as required <br />by the subdivision ordinance. As the Council is aware, City staff <br />is preparing information for the Council concerning alternative <br />parkland dedication requirements. It would, therefore, be <br />appropriate for the Council to consider placing a condition on the <br />final plat approval that the required funds in lieu of parkland <br />will be as determined by the revised ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />The Engineering division has reviewed the proposed final plat and <br />has ascertained that it is acceptable and can be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1- That the appropriate utility easement be provided on lot 4. <br />2. That the existing ponding easement be shown on Lot 5. <br />3 . That necessary pathway easements be dedicated on Lot 4. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny the final plat for <br />Fine Associates for site at County Road <br />C and Snelling Avenue with the <br />aforementioned conditions if so desired. <br /> <br />} <br />
