<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, November 1, 1989 at 7: 30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Fine Associates/Roseville community Bank request for preliminary <br />and final plat approval, special use permit for an amended <br />planned unit development and permit for temporary banking <br />facility at the northwest corner of County Road C and Snelling <br />Avenue. The developers propose to plat the subject property into <br />five lots to allow further development of the PUD previously <br />approved. Two of the lots would be occupied by the existing <br />Slumberland and Investor's Savings Bank and two new lots would be <br />created for development as a restaurant and a new bank.
