PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville city Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, May 13, 1992 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Donald V. Roberts request for a variance to the zoning ordinance at 2210 Terminal Road. The applicant wishes to place a sign on City right-of-way. The City Council, of the city of Roseville, will meet on Tuesday, May 26, 1992 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A tract of land being a part of the North half of Section 8 , Township 29 North, Range 23 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, located in the County of Ramsey, state of Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the Northeast quarter of said section 8, said point being 798.5 feet West of the Southwest corner of the East quarter of the Northeast quarter of said section 8; thence Westerly along the South line of the Northeast quarter of said section 8 a distance of 537 feet; thence deflecting to the right 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 40 feet; thence easterly and northeasterly a distance of 313.38 feet along a non-tangential curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 532.96 feet and a central angle of 33 degrees 41 minutes 26 seconds, said curve being tangent to a line forming an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds in the Northeast quadrant of the intersection of said curve with the last described line; thence Northeasterly along said tangent to said curve a distance of 287.22 feet, to the East line of said property, being the West line of Long Lake Road; thence South 0 degrees 37 minutes 38 seconds East along said West line and its southerly extension to the point of beginning. s~hr- City Manager Please be sure you or your representative attends these meetings.
