<br />Peggy Egli asked about the large setbacks from County Road "C" and from <br />Lexington Avenue. (The City Hall building was configured to expand at a <br />later date). <br /> <br />Kim Way summarized the uses and concepts that could work on the city <br />center site including a Recreation Center, a Community Center, and a <br />Government Center. A new connection from "C" to Woodhill could be the <br />main street. The Community Center could attract adjacent complimentary <br />uses. HowardJohnson Park could be attached to the Center for additional <br />recreation facilities. <br /> <br />Don Anderson asked that the facilities be combined in complimentary <br />uses. Define what has to be together and what is nice to be together but <br />not mandatory. The City Hall can expand up and out. <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Lois Sinn Lindquist described the RV A lighting around the City Hall. <br /> <br />5. Adjournment.
