by the Rules and Regulations. However, I have no authority to assess fmes on those who
do not live within the association. Residents of GTHA who have been out walking,
biking or roller blading on their streets have actually had to dive out of the way to avoid
being injured. I have contacted the Manager of the daycare center to ask if they could
instruct their clients to please exit to the west directly out to Lexington, to no avail. We
now see this proposed development as potentially adding to the severity of the problem.

We do not wish for this matter to be a contentious one but I would respectfully request
members of the Planning Commission and City Council take this concern under
advisement and require the developer take the necessary steps to insure all traffic entering
and or exiting the new development only be allowed access directly to Lexington to the
west. I believe members of the GTHA will be attending the Planning Commission
meeting on Wednesday, January 10 to personally voice our concerns in this matter.

Please feel free to contact me directly should you require any additional information on
this matter.

Ve'2rul~ y~;_
J...i

Steve Pfeiffer
Property Manager
Gassen Company

(frfL

cc Grandview Association Board of Directors
