Owasso Blvd <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Neighbor, <br /> <br />A plan for a new house to be built on the rather narrow lot to <br />the east of you was just completed. The plan went through several <br />revisions in order to meet setbacks on all sides. These are set by <br />the City of Roseville at 5' on both sides, 30' from the street and <br />75' from the lake. The 30' setback from the street actually moved <br />the new house and garage much further from the road than existing <br />home. Planning within the 30' and 75' front and back setbacks, and <br />not being able to expand east or west, did not leave room for a <br />deck. Ralph and Netilee Wheaton would like to attach an average <br />size deck to the north side of the house. <br /> <br />Please indicate your thoughts about the deck: <br />OK, go ahead- ~;;( ~~ <br /> <br />No, I have concerns- <br />
