That detailed emergency access plans be submitted. <br /> <br />2. That the approved exterior materials be changed from cedar <br />to vinyl covered metal with metal soffits. <br /> <br />3. 'That a revised landscape plan be submitted for staff <br />approval. <br /> <br />4.
