<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, September 5, 1990 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />James Gilbert/C.W. Halverson request for a special use permit for <br />an amended PUD at 2075 snelling Avenue. The City Council has <br />previously approved a PUD to allow the construction of six 4-unit <br />residential buildings at 2075 Snelling Avenue. The applicants <br />are applying for amendment to the City approved plans to allow <br />them to increase the size of the units and shift their location <br />on the site.
