The <br />engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the following <br />recommendations: <br /> <br />1. The proposed drainage plan will have water standing unless an <br />additional catch basin is installed at the northern end of the <br />lot. <br /> <br />2. A fence was proposed at the northeast end of the lot which could <br />be opened by the fire department if need be. The new plans do not <br />show any fence at that location. <br /> <br />3. Care needs to be taken to assign address to the new buildings that <br />meet city standards. <br />
