<br />.;; <br /> <br />-,",,---.. <br /> <br />I- <br /> <br /> <br />May 18, 1990 <br /> <br />Welsh Companies <br />Attn: Paul Dunn <br />11200 W. 78th street <br />Eden prairie, MN 55344 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Dunn: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its April 23, 1990 meeting, <br />approved your request for revision of conditions on special use <br />permit at 1655 County Road B-2 with the following conditions: <br />1. That an additional access be provided from county Road B-2 <br />by Ramsey county, as proposed. <br /> <br />2. That approval be obtained for the use of the land for such <br />access from the owners of Rosedale (Equitable Life). <br /> <br />That the Snelling Avenue service road shall be conveyed to <br />the City of Roseville by the state, and the City shall <br />retain ownership, permitting parking on the right-of-way by <br />the property owner as provided in the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />4. That Welsh Companies be relieved of vacating American street <br />as a public right-of-way, subject to the appropriate <br />easements and approvals of the affected property owners, to <br />ensure continued use as an internal roadway. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />5. That a final drainage plan be approved by the City and the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District relating to the diversion of <br />drainage to the City's facilities east of Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />6. That grading, utilities, and streets be reviewed and <br />approved by the Engineering staff. <br /> <br />7. That final landscape plans and provisions for screening be <br />reviewed with the affected neighbors. <br /> <br />That landscaping be provided along the north property line <br />contiguous to the residential properties. That a fence be <br />constructed, preferably not more than ten feet or less than <br />eight feet in height unless a sight line analysis conducted <br />by the City determines the height should be more than ten <br />feet.
