., That the fence be a solid wall constructed out of cedar material. The fence should be designed by a structural Engineer. The material used on the fence should be "2 by" material (1-1/2" nominal) which is screwed together. II The existing side yard fences should be integrated with the new fence by the developer, pending consent by Williams Pipeline. The fence should be generally located on the north property line except that the location can be shifted to the south as allowed by the Williams Pipeline Company in order to maintain trees and shrubbery on the adj acent residential properties. ..
