<br />., <br /> <br />That the fence be a solid wall constructed out of cedar <br />material. The fence should be designed by a structural <br />Engineer. The material used on the fence should be "2 by" <br />material (1-1/2" nominal) which is screwed together. <br /> <br />The fence posts should be located six feet on center and be <br />a minimum of six inches thick and six inches wide (5-1/2" <br />nominal) . <br /> <br />r¡,! That approval of preliminary plat be subject to Engineering <br />staff approval of all utilities, installation, and removal <br />of other engineering details. <br /> <br />13. That the materials of the ramp be comparable with the <br />exterior materials of the main building which could include <br />prestressed exposed aggregate concrete panels, but shall not <br />include metal panels. <br /> <br />That there be a solid wall on the north side of the parking <br />ramp from upper deck to a height of six feet above the floor <br />deck on the upper level of the ramp. <br />
