That deliveries to the north driveway of the <br />Center, snow removal, trash removal and street <br />sweeping along the north side of the building be <br />limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. <br />Truck staging shall be limited to the southeast <br />area. <br /> <br />11. That resolutions vacating portions of Brooks <br />Avenue, Frye street, and Bruce Avenue be prepared <br />for consideration at a public hearing on April 24, <br />1989. <br /> <br />12. That approval of preliminary plat be subject to <br />Engineering staff approval of all utilities, <br />installation, and removal of other engineering <br />details. <br /> <br />13. That the materials of the ramp be comparable with <br />the exterior materials of the main building which <br />could include prestressed exposed aggregate con- <br />crete panels, but shall not include metal panels. <br /> <br />That there be a solid wall on the north side of <br />the parking ramp from upper deck to a height of <br />six feet above the floor deck on the upper level <br />of the ramp. <br /> <br />14. That screening walls of dumpsters and service <br />areas be not less than ten feet high, and con- <br />structed of materials similar to the materials of <br />the building. <br /> <br />15. That handicap accessibility improvements be made <br />to provide proper access to the theater. <br /> <br />16. That the development be constructed in accordance <br />with the plans dated December 29, 1989, unless <br />changed by these conditions. <br /> <br />17. That there be no access to the site from the <br />frontage road at the northeast corner of the site. <br />That a gate shall be constructed to permit access <br />for emergency vehicles, and that the Center manage- <br />ment be responsible for maintaining the emergency <br />access drive. <br /> <br />18. That shopping center management provide adequate <br />security measures during business hours, as <br />approved by the Police Chief. <br /> <br />19. That an agreement between the City and the <br />developer be completed. <br /> <br />20. That parking be banned on the north side of the <br />property line after 9:00 p.m. <br />
