What will be the effects of an overflow crowd spilling <br />out into the mall? <br /> <br />3. will there be rowdyism occurring in the parking lot? <br /> <br />4. The proposed hours of operation are of concern. <br /> <br />5. Is the security plan sufficient to handle the exterior <br />parking lot problems? <br /> <br />6. Will there be an adverse effect on traffic? <br /> <br />7. Will there be a negative effect on the nearby high <br />school by attracting kids away from school? <br /> <br />8. There is a safety and nuisance concern regarding kids <br />climbing over an 8 foot and 12 foot fence of a nearby <br />resident. Will the amusement room worsen the problem? <br /> <br />9. There's a concern about the negative effects of arcades <br />that other towns experienced according to the police <br />report. <br /> <br />10. There's a concern for more information comparing <br />shopping centers with amusement rooms to those without <br />amusement rooms in order to better understand their <br />effects. <br /> <br />11.
