<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville city Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, September 5, 1990 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />City of Roseville request for variances at 1140 Woodhill Drive. <br />The variances are requested to allow for expansion of the Public <br />Works cold storage facility. Specific variances include a <br />variance to allow the building to be setback 11 feet from <br />Woodhill Drive instead of the required 30 feet and a variance to <br />wall height requirements to allow an 11 foot high wall instead of <br />the required 6 foot wall. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />September 24, 1990 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />section 3, Township 29, Range 23, part south of Woodhill Drive of <br />southeast 1/4 of southeast 1/4 (subject to roads) in section 3, <br />Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />
