At the Planning commission meeting, there was some
question and confusion as to the actual building width and
requested setback.

A survey has been completed of the site, and the final building
plans have also been completed to determine the final outside
building dimensions. Based on the survey, the proposed setback
for the building when completed will be 17 feet 3 inches rather
than the required 30 feet from Woodhill Drive. The variance,
therefore, will be for 12 feet 9 inches rather than the
originally requested variance for 8 feet. Attached is a sketch
from the architect showing the final building dimensions and
setbacks.
