<br />Application for Variance <br />City of Roseville <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />#8 Please discuss the cunent and proposed drainage situation and what provisions are being <br />made for the appropriate utilities. <br /> <br />#8 The existing areas for the proposed building and courtyard expansion currently <br />drain to the street, courtyard catchbasins or grassed areas to the west. The <br />proposed building will have internal roof drain.~ connecting directly to the stonn <br />sewer. The courtyard expansion will drain to the existing catch bMins and then to <br />the stonn sewer. Water Bnd gas and sewer will be brought to the site under <br />W oodhill. <br /> <br />#9 Depending on the scale of project, additional analysis relating to market, parking, traffic, <br />security, etc. may be required. <br /> <br />#9 Not Applicable. <br /> <br />#10 How is trash going to be handled? What type of trash enclosure will be provided? <br /> <br />#10 There are two (2) existing two (2) cubic yard trash containers. The addition will <br />not contribute additional waste. The current situation will be improved when the <br />proposed wall and gate will hide the containers which are currently visible from <br />the street. <br /> <br /># 11 How are the rooftop and mechanical units going to be screened? <br /> <br /># 11 Rooftop units will be limited to the hoods of two power roof ventilators that will <br />extend above the roof three feet maximum and will not be visible from the street. <br /> <br />9787 <br />
