The removal and placement of curb and gutter along Woodhill Drive <br />must be done per city standards. <br /> <br />2. Additional storm sewer work should handle any drainage concerns. <br /> <br />3. Care should be taken in the placement of trees along the north <br />side of the site. No trees should be placed on top of any utility <br />mains. <br />
