The reason is <br />that multi-family units are allowed in a different zoning <br />district. Thus, an outside storage is allowed in 1-2 and not 1-1 <br />zones, a request for outside storage in an I-I district requires <br />a rezoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Jensen's letter of July 25, 1990 is the opinion of this <br />office. <br /> <br />RCB/ap <br />cc: Roger Jensen <br /> <br /> <br />M~' <br />
