County Road C. This <br />particular property is located in an I-1 Light Industrial <br />district. The I-1 district regulations prohibit outside storage. <br />I have received the attached opinion from Roger Jensen <br />indicating that a variance cannot be granted to the standard. I <br />indicated that to Hale Companies representatives and he stated <br />that'their company had been in contact with you and you directed <br />them to apply for a variance to this standard. <br /> <br />I have put this application on hold until this issue can be <br />finally resolved.
