Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1009.06 (Zoning Changes) of <br />a the Ciry Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 14- <br />� �� 002, the property located at 297 and 311 County Road B is hereby rezoned from Low-Density <br />1� Residential-1 (LDR-1) District to Low-Density Residential-2 (LDR-2) District, contingent upon <br />�� approval and recording of the Moore's Farrington Estates plat proposed in conjunction with the <br />� s request to rezone the property. Once platted, the subj ect property will be legally described as: <br />�� Lots 1— 7, Block 1, Moore's Farrington Estates, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br />�� Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning <br />�� Map shall take effect upon: <br />� i 1. Approval and filing of the Moore's Farrington Estates plat; and <br />� p 2.
