PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, November 7, 1990 at 7: 30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the fOllowing request: Gordon Fenner request for vacation of a portion of Owasso Boulevard South. Mr. Fenner wishes to remove a existing storm damaged garage and another storage building and replace it with a new garage. It has been discovered that the existing garage encroaches upon the right-of-way of Owasso Boulevard South. Mr. Fenner wishes to construct a new garage at approximately the same location as the existing garage and therefore, has requested that a portion of the unused right-of-way be vacated so the garage would be located on his property. The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, November 26, 1990 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That part of Owasso Boulevard South lying within the following described lines: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1, Lake Owasso Villa; thence south 0 degrees 30 minutes 03 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the southerly extension of the Westerly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 8.0 feet; thènce Easterly at right angles to said lot line a distance of 55.22 feet to a point on the Southerly extension of the center line of vacated street; thence Northerly along said southerlyextensiön of center line of vacated street to a point on the Northeasterly e~tension of the southerly line rif said Lot 1; thence Southwesterly along said extension and the SoUtherly line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning. ~ City Manager Please be sure you or your representative attend these meètings.
