Resal ution Board of !Ramsey Gounly GommÙsione-r~ Presented By Attention: Commissioner McCarty Date October 1. 1991 No. 91-556 Budget & Accounting Paul Kirkwold, Acting-Director, Public Works WHEREAS, The city of Roseville and the Ramsey County Public Works Department have determined excess road'right-of-way exists on South Owasso Boulevard; and WHEREAS, The excess right-of-way is beyond what is required to fulfill the requirements of the Ramsey County Major Street plan; and WHEREAS, The City of Roseville has agreed to accept this excess right-of-way when released; Now, Therefore, Be It RESOLVED, The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners hereby releases to the City of Roseville excess road right-of-way herein described below: All that part of Owasso Boulevard South lyi~g within the following described lines: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1, Lake Owasso Villa; thence S 0 degrees 30 minutes 03 seconds W (assumed bearing) along the southerly extension of the westerly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 8.0 feet; thence easterly at right angles to said lot line a distance of 55.22 feet to a point on the southerly extension of the center line of vacated street; thence northerly along said southerly extension of center line of vacated street to a point on the northeasterly extension of the southerly line of said LotI; thence southwesterly along said extension and the southerly line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning. and Be It Further RESOLVED, This release includes all ownership, control and responsibilities associated with the above described parcel.
