<br />Resal ution <br />Board of <br />!Ramsey Gounly GommÙsione-r~ <br /> <br />Presented By <br />Attention: <br /> <br />Commissioner McCarty <br /> <br />Date October 1. <br /> <br />1991 No. <br /> <br />91-556 <br /> <br />Budget & Accounting <br />Paul Kirkwold, Acting-Director, Public Works <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The city of Roseville and the Ramsey County Public <br />Works Department have determined excess road'right-of-way exists on <br />South Owasso Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The excess right-of-way is beyond what is required to <br />fulfill the requirements of the Ramsey County Major Street plan; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Roseville has agreed to accept this <br />excess right-of-way when released; Now, Therefore, Be It <br /> <br />RESOLVED, The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners hereby <br />releases to the City of Roseville excess road right-of-way <br />herein described below: <br /> <br />All that part of Owasso Boulevard South lyi~g within the <br />following described lines: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1, Lake Owasso <br />Villa; thence S 0 degrees 30 minutes 03 seconds W (assumed <br />bearing) along the southerly extension of the westerly line of <br />said Lot 1 a distance of 8.0 feet; thence easterly at right <br />angles to said lot line a distance of 55.22 feet to a point on <br />the southerly extension of the center line of vacated street; <br />thence northerly along said southerly extension of center line <br />of vacated street to a point on the northeasterly extension of <br />the southerly line of said LotI; thence southwesterly along <br />said extension and the southerly line of said Lot 1 to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />and Be It Further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, This release includes all ownership, control and <br />responsibilities associated with the above described parcel. <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />BOARD OF <br />YEA <br />-X...- <br />-L <br />-X- <br />-X...- <br />--À- <br />--À- <br />--À- <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />NAY OTHER <br /> <br />Diane Ahrens <br />John finley <br />Ruby Hunt <br />Duane McCarty <br />Hal Norgard <br />Don Sal 'Ie rda <br />Warren Schaber <br /> <br />Hal Norgard, Chairman <br /> <br />By, <br /> <br />
