The property owner would like to <br />rebuild an existing garage which currently <br />encroaches on county right-of-way. <br /> <br />The review made by Public Works staff indicates <br />exces's right-of-way is available outside that <br />required to accommodate the provision of the major <br />street plan and recommends it be released to the <br />City of Roseville. The City has concurred with <br />this recommendation and has agreed to accept the ' <br />released portion of land. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />1) Approve release of county road right-of-way to <br />the City of Roseville on South Owasso Boulevard <br />adjacent to Lot 1, Lake Owasso Villa, and the <br />Westerly 1/2 of the adjoining vacated street. <br />
