<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning commission of the city <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, November 7, 1990 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Midland Hills Country Club request for vacation of a portion of <br />Ryan Avenue. The Country Club wishes to construct a 60 X 100 <br />foot addition onto an existing utility building. It was <br />discovered that the existing building is setback only 9 feet from <br />the Ryan Avenue right-of-way line instead of the required 30 <br />feet. The Country Club is requesting vacation of the right-of- <br />way to bring the building into compliance so that it can then be <br />expanded. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the city of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />November 26, 1990 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />All that portion of Ryan Avenue lying north of Block 2 Garcelons <br />Addi tion and that portion of Lake Street lying north of the <br />eastward extension of the north line of Block 2 Garcelons <br />Addition. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Manager <br />
