When the City Council approved the special use permit for the <br />monument sign at Rosedale Commons center, a condition of <br />approval was that the developer return with a copy of the <br />signage criteria for the center to be included in the City <br />filèS. <br /> <br />2. Tanurb has presented the signage criteria for the center in <br />accordance with the condition. <br /> <br />3. The Planning Commission reviewed and unanimously accepted the <br />signage criteria. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the ci ty Council accept the sign <br />criteria as presented. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to accept the sign criteria for the Rosedale Commons <br />Shopping Center at 2480 Fairview Avenue North as presented. <br /> <br />\ <br />
