See Exhibit 4. <br /> <br />Section IV - INTERIOR SIGNAGE <br /> <br />A. Mall Signage <br /> <br />1. Tenants shall be allowed one sign on each side of the metal bracket which <br />cantilevers perpendicular to their storefront. <br /> <br />2. This sign shall be non-illuminated. <br /> <br />3. This sign shall consist of vinyl letters on typical metal plaque. <br /> <br />B. Tenant Storefront Signage <br /> <br />1. The letter faces and logos (if used) are to consist of individual channel neon <br />letters, internally illuminated. The color and typeface may be consistent with <br />the Tenant's corporate image. <br /> <br />2. Tenant sign shall consist of store identification and shall be centered above the <br />respective Tenants' storefront. <br /> <br />3. Tenant sign shall be restricted in size to a maximum total height of 3'-0". Two <br />lines of copy are permitted. <br /> <br />4. A buffer zone is required on each end of the tenant signage. <br /> <br />S. All signs with white neon require 60 MA transformers. <br /> <br />6. All signs are to conform with all federal, state and local codes. <br /> <br />7.
