Non-individual illuminated letter type signs maybe acceptable subject to <br />review by Landlord and subject to compliance with all federal, state and local <br />codes. See Exhibit 4. <br /> <br />3. Tenant sign shall consist of store identification and shall be placed on the <br />parapet wall above the canopy in the area indicated on Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />4. Tenant sign shall be restricted in size to a maximum total height of 36". Two <br />lines of copy are permitted. <br /> <br />5.
