<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, November 7, 1990 at 7: 30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />John Palmer/South Oaks Partnership request for a variance at 1080 <br />W. County Road D. The existing apartment building at this site <br />has a 25 foot rear yard setback instead of the required 30 feet. <br />The applicant is applying for a variance to clear up this <br />problem. No expansion of the building is proposed. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />November 26, 1990 at city Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />The North 313 feet of Lot 8, st.
