~

To: Rick Jopke
From: Douglas strong ~
Re: Planning File #2179

Date: October 15, 1990

This file deals with a variance to Zoning Ordinance at 1080 County Road
"D". The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the
following recommendations:

1. There was a watermain easement written in the 60's to cover the
placement and maintenance of said easement but was not correct.
A new easement is needed.

2. The existing parking lot does not have concrete curb around it.
This property requested a variance in 1971 for building and
parking setbacks. The plan showed a island with concrete curb
around it. The curb is bituminous not concrete as was shown.

3. There is no sidewalk along the County Road D side of this lot.

4. There is an existing sign which was not shown on the plans that
is within 10 feet of the right-of-way.

5. The fence on the east side of this lot is built on the property
to the east land by a foot or two.
